CosmWasm is a Cosmos-native cross-chain smart contract engine based on Wasm, designed from the ground up with a security-first mentality. The only adopted smart contract outside of EVM. +30 L1 chains are using it now, so we are hosting the very 1st CosmWasm-focused conference and hackathon in Berlin, July 2023, where CosmWasm itself was born from the hackathon.
